Goldwing GL1000 75 to 77 CALIPER ASSY. 43200-371-405

This is the best caliper seen here in many years for and from the 1975 first year original Goldwing. It has less than 35k miles on it, and has been on the shelf for over 20 years here. All aspects of this are good and usable. That's 2 pad pins, 2 sets of seals and dust covers, two dust-cover clips, two pad backer-plates, the pad Rattle-plate (push-plate, totally rare), and the bores, hreads, and general configuration of the outter and inner caliper plate and stay, the transfer-port seal, air bleed screw, inspection cover, main caliper bolts. The bores are superb. One pad-pin needs to be polished just to get it a bit smoother. One piston I consider usable, it is a bit corroded OUTSIDE the travel area. The other is slightly pitted in the travel area. I would use it in a pinch, and if you want to know how, drop me a line. It is not your typical approach to a pitted piston, but it has worked for two generations of us, and a few pistons. Overall, you need one piston, and if you want it to be right up to snuff, get two: load them, place this, flush it well, and ride.,You won't find another caliper like this one any time soon.
