As almost all parts we sell are originating from the USA, there are no customs taxes or duties on items under $800 going back into the USA.
SHIPPING During Covid: eBay is being rightly pessimistic about shipping in these difficult times. It is true that occasionally items can take a few days longer than usual, but they are Now processing very well again. *Tracked* packages are under 2kg/4.4lbs either actual or 'dimensional' weight, "Expedited Parcel" is a weight greater than that.
If you need it in a real hurry, let us know and we can jointly work out *Express shipping*, 1-5 days in North America.
We charge the actual rate charged by Canada Post as an average of 5 zones. If the rate is actually less than they stated, we refund the difference. If it is more, we subsidize it, and pay the difference ourselves.
RETURNS POLICY: We don't mind returns, but you must be aware, it takes time and therefore costs money to relist items that you buy indiscriminately.
Our parts are as stated: we part out Goldwings, hundreds of Goldwings, and nothing BUT Goldwings, and we assess properly. We try our best to tell you exactly what you are looking at, any flaws presented, and often our opinion of the relative esthetic value of the item. The parts you get are known to be in the condition presented.
IF it is OUR error, we will pay the return shipping, and you'll get a discount on any other purchase from StraightWings as an apology.
If YOU bought in error: On Returns: Buyer pays shipping, restocking charge is 10% with a minimum $10, maximum $15.
Electronics and Electrics parts: Any considered returns on electronics must be returned in the condition they left in, in the original package. They must have been installed and/or tested as faulty by a certified Honda mechanic: because they worked when they left here.
We've been at this for many years. When we say it is 'known to be good' that means we have tested it multiple times: on and off the bike. We'd like you to get a part we'd buy for our OWN bikes.
Who we are: We are Goldwing and Valkyrie riders, and Goldwing specialists at StraightWings Vintage Goldwing. Many years parting out **only** Goldwings, 21 years working with and on them. When you receive a part it has gone through a battery of checks: When and prior to dissassembling: testing each part that needs to be tested for mechanical and/or electrical worthiness, cleaning, assessing, testing again when inventorying, lubricating, contact cleaning (Nu-Trol) if electrical, as well as lubricating (EZ-Lube) the mechanical aspects of switches. Almost all parts, especially Body parts and Electrics/Electronics are immediately bubble-packed to preserve them.
Zero negative feed-backs in over 20 years. We try harder than most. We aren't perfect, far from it. If we do make a mistake, we, not you, will pay for it. We are fussy that way. If you receive a part that is satisfactory, please do leave good feedback. If for any reason it is not, please contact us immediately to review it. USA REQUIRED TARIFFS ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, NO duties due at delivery
PLEASE NOTE: Regardless whether the part attracts a tariff or not, we have REDUCED ALL PRICING, so there are some extremely good deals happening.The USA Admin requires a postal shipment tariff-tax, a customs brokerage fee, and a per item Customs document admin fee.
The costs, when they apply, must paid BY THE SELLER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER, on ALL goods shipped into the USA. It is USA law, and is effectively a tax on all products bought from outside the USA, whether those products were made in the USA or not.
OTHERS: PLEASE NOTE :
All customers outside of the USA who are buying "TARIFFED" items on the Straightwings site WILL BE REFUNDED 10% of the ITEM PRICE to remove those added costs, after purchase, based on your country which is not the USA.

It is a very expensive and time-costly effort for us to help all *Goldwingers* to obtain often-rare parts when you are in the USA, but as well to be fair to all the buyers in outside the USA who are not subjected to that tariff/tax: but I will NOT desert my USA clients. I have worked hard for 25 years to make available quality parts which aid Goldwing riders world wide. While the tariffs are most unfortunate between neighbours, the parts we sell are still great parts, properly assessed, at the fairest price possible.
