A bike came in that had just burned out the bearings in a rebuilt '78 GL1000: the main shells were in wrong, oil-hole not lined up. While the bike was being rebuilt the carbs were overhauled. After getting the bike I automatically bought a set of kits for the carbs. As it turned out, they needed very little. One float valve was used, and the o-rings needed were replaced, and after all said and done, I have nearly a complete set of the jets for '78-79 left over: almost all the stock ones in the carb-rack were in excellent condition. In any event, what you see is what you get. The three valves and seats, OR the three pilot jets are worth more that I'm asking for the kit. The base gaskets are not new, but little used. The main carb-to-plenum gaskets are new. As are the rest of the jets and all the remaining O-rings.

The USA Admin requires a postal shipment tariff-tax, a customs brokerage fee, and a per item Customs document admin fee.
The costs, when they apply, must paid BY THE SELLER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER, on ALL goods shipped into the USA. It is USA law, and is effectively a tax on all products bought from outside the USA, whether those products were made in the USA or not.

It is a very expensive and time-costly effort for us to help all *Goldwingers* to obtain often-rare parts when you are in the USA, but as well to be fair to all the buyers in outside the USA who are not subjected to that tariff/tax: but I will NOT desert my USA clients. I have worked hard for 25 years to make available quality parts which aid Goldwing riders world wide. While the tariffs are most unfortunate between neighbours, the parts we sell are still great parts, properly assessed, at the fairest price possible.
