This is effectively all of the modules EXCEPT THE RADIO TUNER MODULE, which has been sold separately: All controls and harnesses from my bench system set up now for over 20 years for ongoing test purposes, used occasionally to test swap out and test components and aspects of Clarion II systems for clients and other folks. Also occasionally used as a music and CB chatter source when I was working near it.
Completely tested before removing from the mounting back-board used to mount it in the shop, and is working fine. (see pics of the system before removing, inventorying and packing). Some of this stuff is totally ?unobtainable?. The value? The Y cord alone last sold for $58. A CB sub-harness for $17. The CB unit last sold for $145, the last radio module at $120. Sold separately with all the operational modules, cords, harnesses, gauges and housings this is currently sellable for about $950US.
AUDIO SYSTEM GL1100 Clarion II
CB unit Items: CB unit JC209E Part 285-1014-00, Monitor Screen Gauge TX Channel Speaker/Headset, Channel Up and Talk switch, Talk switch Sub harness, Passenger Talk switch, Passenger Talk sub harness, CB Module for radio unit (installed, screws added), Antenna Splitter (use with DUAL antennas)
Radio Unit Items: Radio control unit ZLL145 (contains Intercom Module and radio Module, as well as the CB module) Placed in old usable but battered test-unit housing to keep it good in transit, Multi-Changer (unit which combines system) with ACL headset amp installed, Proper Pig-tail harness for system with CB, Antenna mount, from test unit (tarnished, but usable and cleanable), Radio Module, on proper fairing- mount base, Radio Channel headset Monitor read out Gauge (color-coded plug harness), with mount bracket, Radio Handlebar controls Tune and Mute, Radio Amplifier module, Joiner harness, Y cable cord splits to driver and passenger, Set of Hondaline speakers in housings. (still working fine but poor quality: put some decent speakers in) Housings have wall-mounts attached, used in the shop,
Because this was mounted on a test-board system some of the common nuts, bolts are missing, and you?ll need a mount-clamp for one of the gauges.
I have complete instructions for installation of the system. To make it easier to figure out I have left sub-harnesses attached to main harnesses.
This system was designed for the ?82 and ?83 Aspencade, but it will fit properly into any GL1100 bike, replacing the Clarion I basic system.
