Front wheel in excellent condition, dusty but cleaned enough for a good assessment. Tire on it is in good condition but old and should be replaced. Add $10 and I'll have it removed and that'll save you $20 on shipping. Condition of bearings unknown and should be replaced as a matter of course anyway.
