This CB came from a '92 SE with 23k miles on it. Everything else on the bike tested fine, but this couldn't be tested: was removed with the shelter side before the bike was dismantled. Hence: you may well be getting a near-new CB. Noted: a little frackling on the bottom of the LCD screen. I would bet this works fine, but reducing the price to a steal regardless, as I am not positive.
