The USA Admin requires a postal shipment tariff-tax, a customs brokerage fee, and a per item Customs document admin fee.
The costs, when they apply, must paid BY THE SELLER ON BEHALF OF THE BUYER, on ALL goods shipped into the USA. It is USA law, and is effectively a tax on all products bought from outside the USA, whether those products were made in the USA or not.
